Quick Start

Quick Start

1. The box has a QR code that will link you to our App.  Point your mobile phone camera at the QR code, wait for the pop-up to appear, click on the link and then down load and install our App on your phone.


2. Remove the watch from the box look for the side of the smartwatch with two metal leads and plug the watch into a USB charger or battery and the watch face should light up with the battery charging image.  Charge fully before using.


3. After charging the smartwatch place attach the 2 rubberized watch band ends to the watch and place the smartwatch on your non-dominate wrist.  


4. Use the silver button at the base to move through each screen.  Hold the button down for 2-3 seconds to start a measurement or to move through options associated with the screen.


5. Open the App on your smart phone and follow the directions to pair your watch and allow for messaging and other requests.


6. The App will gather data from the watch and then display it.  Please allow a couple of minutes for the watch and phone to sync and then you should be ready to go.


7.  If you have any problems try restarting the App.  If that doesn't work restart the App and the watch.  The watch can be turned off and restarted by advancing to the functions screen, holding it down for 2-3 seconds and then using the silver button advance to the screen that says "Off".
